I’m Rick Malthaner and I am founder and principal consultant of SVM Consulting.
My mission, put very simply, is to use my years of experience and my vast network in the Point-of-Sale and Payments space to help ISVs and Resellers thrive.

It comes from a Rush song: Mission.

I firmly believe that spirit is the key factor in the foundation of any business. Everyone speaks to the importance of culture within a business, but culture can’t exist without the right spirit of the founder(s). And spirit cannot succeed without vision.
If you don’t have a vision of how you are going to achieve a goal, you will never achieve it. Once that vision comes into focus, you can’t lose.
Add Spirit and Vision together and you have the qualities necessary to convert a dream into a Mission.
